This Lapsang Souchong is a classic wuyi black tea from Tongmu Pass in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province. Its signature double-roast enhances depth, smoothness, and a naturally sweet finish.

For the best cup, use fresh water at the proper water temperature and adjust the amount of tea and amount of water to your taste.
How To Enjoy Your Tea

One Gift Box Package: A 150g gift box contains 18 individually wrapped sachets (8g each).
One Serving Size: Use 1 sachet (8g) with 200-220 ml of water.
Water Temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C) — Lapsang Souchong is a full-bodied black tea that benefits from hotter water to release its rich, longan-like sweetness.
Brewing Time: 5-10 seconds for the first steep. Add 5-10 seconds for each subsequent steep.
Re-steeping: Each sachet can be steeped 7-8 times.
Cold Brew: Steep one sachet in cold water for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. A smooth, round iced tea with a naturally sweet, longan-like finish.

How Is it made
Harvesting: Hand-picked in spring from tea gardens in Tongmu Pass, selecting leaves at optimal maturity.
Withering: Spread thinly to reduce moisture and begin the oxidation process.
Rolling: Rolled to release natural juices and initiate full oxidation.
Initial Roast: 115-120°C for 60 minutes — a high-temperature roast that removes moisture and locks in the tea’s bold character.
Resting: The leaves are cooled to allow flavors to settle and develop.
Final Roast: 78°C for 3 hours — a gentle finish that deepens the longan-like sweetness, removes fermentation impurities, and creates a smooth, well-rounded body.
