A high-mountain iron goddess of mercy tea from the upper slopes of Anxi, China. Slow-grown at elevation, the leaves develop a cool, layered fragrance — fresh orchid and wild honey carried by a distinct mineral note. The pale golden liquor is silky and bright, with a clean, crystalline sweetness that lingers long after the cup is empty. An elegant iron goddess oolong with a lingering finish and multiple steepings to enjoy. The mountain, in every sip.
How To Enjoy Your Tea

One Gift Box Package: A 500g gift box contains 62 individually wrapped sachets (8g each).
One Serving Size: Use 1 sachet (8g) with 200-220 ml of water.
Water Temperature: 185-195°F (85-90°C) — Cloud Peak is a high-elevation tea with a delicate structure. Cooler water preserves its floral elegance and prevents any harshness.
Brewing Time: 10-15 seconds for the first steep. Add 5-10 seconds for each subsequent steep.
Re-steeping: Each sachet can be steeped 8-10 times. The flavor evolves with every infusion — light and floral at first, then progressively deeper and more layered.
Cold Brew: Steep one sachet in cold water for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. A refreshingly pure iced tea — light, floral, and naturally sweet.

The finish is long and pure, leaving a gentle sweetness that lingers on the tongue.
Tea Liquor: Pale golden, bright, and luminous — lighter in color than Classic Harmony, reflecting its higher-altitude origin.
How Is it made

Harvesting: Hand-picked in early spring from high-altitude tea gardens, where cooler temperatures slow the growth and deepen the flavor.

Sun Withering: Gently withered under filtered sunlight to reduce moisture while preserving the delicate mountain aroma.

Shaking / Cooling (Yaoqing): Lightly tossed in bamboo trays with longer rest periods — the slower pace allows the tea’s subtle, layered fragrance to develop fully.

Pan-Firing (Shāqīng): Oxidation is halted with a light, brief pan-firing, locking in the tea’s fresh, clean profile.

Rolling (Róuniǎn): Rolled into tight, delicate pearls — the shape that preserves its bright, floral character.

Drying (Gānzào): Slowly dried at low temperatures to stabilize the tea without compromising its delicate high-mountain fragrance.
