A distinctive rock tea from Niulankeng, double-roasted to deepen its bold fruit-and-spice character. Deep amber liquor with pronounced fruit-forward warmth, layered texture, and a lingering mineral finish. The essence of Wuyi rock.
This cinnamon tea-inspired rock tea offers a rich flavor profile with added warmth, a naturally spiced character, and a satisfying roasted depth. Crafted as a double-roasted Wuyi oolong, it brings together fruit-forward notes, mineral nuance, and a smooth, layered finish for tea drinkers who enjoy bold roasted teas.

How Is it made
Harvesting: Hand-picked in spring from tea gardens in Niulankeng, selecting leaves at peak maturity for their fruit-forward character.
Withering: Spread under the sun to gently reduce moisture and prepare for processing.
Shaking / Cooling (Yaoqing): Tossed and rested in cycles — the rhythmic process that builds the tea’s bold, layered character.
Pan-Firing (Shāqīng): Oxidation is halted at the optimal moment to preserve the tea‘s fruit-forward profile.
Rolling (Róuniǎn): Rolled into tight, twisted strips to release natural juices and concentrate flavor.
Double-Roasting (Bèihuǒ): Roasted twice at 120-130°C, totaling 12 hours — a long, patient process that deepens the fruit-and-spice character and builds the tea’s warm, full-bodied structure.
Purpose: Removes excess moisture, stabilizes the tea for long-term storage, brings forward the fruit-forward and spicy notes through high-temperature heat transformation, and deepens the tea‘s layered texture and structure through the long roasting process.
