How To Enjoy Your Tea

One Gift Box Package: A 150g gift box contains 18 individually wrapped sachets (8g each).
One Serving Size: Use 1 sachet (8g) with 200-220 ml of water.
Water Temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C) — Shui Xian is a full-bodied rock tea that needs hot water to release its woody depth and mineral complexity.
Brewing Time: 5-10 seconds for the first steep. Add 5-10 seconds for each subsequent steep.
Re-steeping: Each sachet can be steeped 7-8 times.
Cold Brew: Steep one sachet in cold water for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. An unexpectedly smooth iced tea with a gentle, woody sweetness.

Tea Liquor: Warm amber, rich and luminous.
How Is it made
Harvesting: Hand-picked in spring from tea gardens in Huiyuan Pit, selecting mature leaves with strong woody character.
Withering: Spread under the sun to gently reduce moisture and begin flavor development.
Shaking / Cooling (Yaoqing): Tossed and rested in cycles to build the tea’s layered, woody fragrance.
Pan-Firing (Shāqīng): Oxidation is halted at the optimal moment to preserve the tea‘s character.
Rolling (Róuniǎn): Rolled into tight, twisted strips to release natural juices and concentrate flavor.
Double-Roasting (Bèihuǒ): Roasted twice at 120-130°C, totaling 12 hours — a long, patient process that builds the tea’s signature woody fragrance and deep, complex character.
Purpose: Removes excess moisture, stabilizes the tea for long-term storage, brings forward the woody fragrance through high-temperature heat transformation, and deepens the tea’s smooth, full-bodied character through the long roasting process.
