How To Enjoy Your Tea

One Gift Box Package: A 500g gift box contains 62 individually wrapped sachets (8g each).
One Serving Size: Use 1 sachet (8g) with 200-220 ml of water.
Water Temperature: 185-195°F (85-90°C) — Spring Breeze is a lighter, more delicate oolong. Cooler water preserves its floral fragrance and prevents bitterness.
Brewing Time: 15-20 seconds for the first steep. Add 5-10 seconds for each subsequent steep.
Re-steeping: Each sachet can be steeped 5-7 times. The flavor evolves with each infusion — lighter and more floral at first, deeper and more layered as you go.
Cold Brew: Steep one sachet in cold water for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. A refreshing, naturally sweet iced tea with a gentle orchid aroma.

Tea Liquor: Pale golden yellow, bright and clear.
How Is it made
Harvesting: Hand-picked in early spring, selecting only the tenderest leaves at peak freshness.
Sun Withering: Freshly picked leaves are spread under the sun to reduce moisture and begin flavor development.
Shaking / Cooling (Yaoqing): The leaves are gently tossed in bamboo trays, lightly bruising the edges to initiate slow, controlled oxidation.
Pan-Firing (Shāqīng): Oxidation is halted at the perfect moment with high heat, locking in the tea's fresh green color and floral character.
Rolling (Róuniǎn): The leaves are carefully rolled into their signature tight pearls, releasing natural juices that concentrate the flavor.
Drying (Gānzào): The rolled leaves are slowly dried at low temperatures to stabilize the flavor and remove remaining moisture.
