Rare high-mountain oolong from Anxi, China

The rarest oolong from the highest tea gardens of Anxi, China. Grown above 1,200 meters, where mist and cloud shield the leaves through the growing season. The liquid is pale gold and luminous, impossibly smooth, with an ethereal floral fragrance, cool mineral depth, and a lingering sweetness that feels less like flavor and more like air. A tea that tastes like the sky. Great for multiple steepings and for drinkers seeking the classic iron goddess of mercy oolong experience.
How To Enjoy Your Tea

One Gift Box Package: A 500g gift box contains 62 individually wrapped sachets (8g each).
One Serving Size: Use 1 sachet (8g) with 200-220 ml of water.
Water Temperature: 180-190°F (82-88°C) — Celestial Mist is the highest-elevation tea, with the most delicate structure. The cooler temperature preserves its floral complexity and allows its subtle depths to unfold gradually.
Brewing Time: 10-15 seconds for the first steep. Add 5-10 seconds for each subsequent steep.
Re-steeping: Each sachet can be steeped 10-12 times. Every infusion reveals a different aspect — a new note, a new layer, a new discovery.
Cold Brew: Steep one sachet in cold water for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. The most refined cold brew you will ever taste — light, floral, and astonishingly pure.
Tasting Notes
Origin: Anxi County, Fujian, China
Harvest: Spring 2026
Elevation: 1200m+
Style: Supreme High-Mountain Light-Oxidized Oolong
Aroma: An ethereal fragrance that shifts and evolves — wild orchid, mountain honey, crushed stone, and a faint, cool floral perfume that seems to come from nowhere and everywhere. The scent is light, but it stays.
Sweetness: A profound, crystalline sweetness that emerges quietly and lingers, expanding with each sip — like the taste of pure mountain spring water, but softer, rounder, more refined.
Flavor Depth: ★★★★★ (Extraordinary depth and complexity)
Mouthfeel: ★★★★★ (Impossibly smooth, silky, and weightless)
Steeping Potential: ★★★★★ (10-12 infusions)
Tasting Experience: The first sip is almost ethereal — a gentle wave of cool, floral sweetness that seems to float rather than sit. The texture is impossibly smooth, like silk passing over the tongue. There is no bitterness here, only a pure, clean depth that unfolds slowly, revealing new nuances with each steep — a whisper of stone, a breath of honey, a hint of wild orchid that appears and disappears like mist. The finish is breathtaking: a cooling, crystalline sweetness that lingers for minutes, leaving you unsure whether you’re drinking tea or tasting the mountain itself. Every steep is a discovery.
Tea Liquor: Pale gold with a luminous, almost translucent clarity — lighter and brighter than any of the others, reflecting the purity of its high-altitude origin.
How Is it made
Harvesting: Hand-picked in early spring from the highest tea gardens in Anxi — only the finest, most tender leaves are selected, and only on the clearest mornings.
Sun Withering: Gently withered under soft morning sun, allowing moisture to evaporate while preserving every nuance of the mountain’s fragrance.
Shaking / Cooling (Yaoqing): Tossed with extraordinary care and extended rest periods — the slowest, most patient process, allowing the tea’s unmatched complexity to develop.
Pan-Firing (Shāqīng): Oxidation is halted with a brief, gentle pan-firing at the exact moment when the tea’s character is at its peak — before any roast can touch it.
Rolling (Róuniǎn): Rolled into tiny, tight pearls — a shape that preserves its delicate floral oils and releases them slowly during brewing.
Drying (Gānzào): Slowly air-dried at the lowest possible temperature to lock in the tea’s pure, pristine character — unaltered, unblended, untouched.
