A traditional iron goddess oolong from the mid-elevation hills of Anxi, China. Slightly deeper oxidation brings forward a warm, rounded fragrance with notes of roasted grain and dried flowers. The amber-gold liquor is smooth and full-bodied, with a patient, honey-like sweetness that builds with each sip. Balanced. Enduring. Timeless.

How To Enjoy Your Tea

One Gift Box Package: A 500g gift box contains 62 individually wrapped sachets (8g each).
One Serving Size: Use 1 sachet (8g) with 200-220 ml of water.
Water Temperature: 190-200°F (88-93°C) — Classic Harmony has a fuller body than Spring Breeze, and slightly warmer water helps release its deeper grain and nutty notes.
Brewing Time: 10-15 seconds for the first steep. Add 5-10 seconds for each subsequent steep.
Re-steeping: Each sachet can be steeped 7-8 times. The flavor is steady and consistent — a reliable companion through multiple cups.
Cold Brew: Steep one sachet in cold water for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. A smooth, mellow iced tea with a gentle, rounded sweetness.

Shaking / Cooling (Yaoqing): Tossed and rested in cycles — the rhythmic process that builds the tea’s balanced aroma and layered character.
Pan-Firing (Shāqīng): Oxidation is halted at precisely the right moment, preserving the tea’s traditional character.
Rolling (Róuniǎn): Rolled into tight, semi-spherical pearls to concentrate flavor and texture.
Drying (Gānzào): Slowly dried at low temperatures to stabilize the tea and lock in its natural complexity.
